Privacy at NK
NK Moving Solutions collects the information you submit on the quote form, on a call into the Forsyth Road office, or by email to Nestor. We use it to walk an estimate, file your COI, and roll a truck. We do not sell it.
What we collect
- Identity: name, phone, email, origin and destination addresses
- Move detail: bedroom count, date window, gated community, heavy items
- Payment: deposit + invoice payment data through our PCI-compliant processor
- Site analytics: standard aggregated traffic data, anonymized
What we do with it
- Schedule and run your move
- File COI and HOA visitor-gate paperwork on your behalf
- Issue invoices and process payment
- Email follow-up for review and warranty claims within the 9-month federal window
We do not share your contact data with brokers, moving lead aggregators, or third-party marketers. If you ask Lucia to delete your record post-move, she does it within 30 days.
