NK service terms
These terms cover an NK Moving Solutions estimate, deposit, move-day work, and any claim filed within the federal window. They sit on top of Florida household-goods law and the federal interstate rules where they apply.
- License: fully licensed and insured Florida household-goods mover; state HHG license + US DOT/MC interstate authority on file
- Cargo coverage: $1M per load
- Valuation baseline: $0.60 per pound federal default, full-value coverage available
- Claim window: federal nine months from delivery
- Deposit: $245, credited to invoice, refundable to 72 hours pre-move
Binding flat figure
The figure Nestor signs after the walk-through is binding. If the inventory on move day matches the walk-through inventory, the invoice equals the signed figure. Added rooms, added pianos, added stops, or added stairs may add charges — documented in writing and confirmed by the customer before the crew rolls.
Cancellation
- 72+ hours before move — deposit refunded
- 24–72 hours — deposit held against the next booked date
- Under 24 hours — deposit forfeited
